The Research Analyzes How Digital Transformation Enhances Talent Sourcing, Candidate Screening, Decisionmaking Accuracy, And Overall Hiring Quality. Primary Data Collected From HR Professionals And Recruiters Are Empirically Analyzed To Assess Improvements In Recruitment Speed, Cost Efficiency, Candidate Experience, And Organizational Performance.
