Abstract :Lightweight Structures Are Essential For Improving Efficiency And Performance In Aerospace And Automotive Applications. This Study Presents An AI-based Topology Optimization Approach To Design Structures With Minimum Weight And High Strength. Machine Learning Techniques Are Used To Predict Optimal Material Distribution Based On Design Constraints Such As Loads And Boundary Conditions. The Optimized Models Are Evaluated Using Finite Element Analysis To Assess Stress, Deformation, And Safety. Results Show Significant Weight Reduction And Improved Strength-toweight Ratio With Reduced Design Time. The Proposed Method Enables Fast And Efficient Development Of Lightweight Structures Suitable For Additive Manufacturing. |
