Abstract :Nowadays, Digitalization Is Widespread. Because Of Its Accuracy And Time-saving Capabilities, It Is Widely Used And Trusted. Because The Digital Era Is Advancing So Quickly, It Is Radically Changing How Businesses Function. As A Result, Human Resources Operations Are Also Undergoing Digital Transformation. The Purpose Of This Study Is To Examine The Significance Of Digital Transformation In Human Resource Management And The Ways In Which It Is Impacting HR Services And Employees In Both Positive And Negative Ways.
