Abstract :

The Rapid Growth Of Social Media And Online Communication Platforms Has Significantly Increased The Spread Of Fake News And Misinformation. Fake News Negatively Affects Society By Influencing Public Opinion, Political Systems, And Social Harmony. Manual Verification Of News Content Is Difficult Because Of The Massive Amount Of Information Generated Daily On Digital Platforms. Therefore, Automatic Fake News Detection Systems Using Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), And Natural Language Processing (NLP) Techniques Have Become Essential. And F1-score Compared To Traditional Machine Learning Approaches. The Proposed Model Can Effectively Identify Fake News Articles And Improve Information Reliability On Digital Platforms.
