    Abstract :

Wearable Healthcare Systems Based On The Internet Of Things (IoT) Have Been Developed At A Rapid Pace To Meet The Increasing Need To Provide Ongoing Health Monitoring, Preventative Healthcare, Including Smart Fitness Tracking. Many Consumer Wearable Devices Give Limited Health Metrics Without Giving Dependable Health Analytics Or Early Warning Systems, While Conventional Hospitalbased Monitoring Equipment Might Be Difficult To Wear All Day Due To Their Size, Weight, And High Price Tag. This Research Introduces A Wearable Internet Of Things (IoT) Device That Can Monitor Several Physiological Indicators In Real Time As Well As Provide Intelligent Analysis Of Health Condition In Order To Overcome These Restrictions. A Microcontroller Based On The ESP32 Architecture Is The Brains Of The Proposed System, Handling All Of The Processing And Communication Needs. It Includes A MAX30102 Sensor To Track Heart Rate And SpO₂ Levels In The Blood, A Temperature Sensor To Measure Core Body Temperature In Real-time, And Supplementary Sensing Modules For Electrocardiograms And Pulses. The Gadget Constantly Records The Users Vitals And Uses Threshold-based Analytical Reasoning To Determine Their Health Status. A Buzzer Is Used To Notify The User And The IoT Dashboard Of Any Abnormalities That The System Detects, Such As Low Saturation Of Oxygen, Irregular Heart Rate, Abnormalities In The Electrocardiogram (ECG), Or An Excessive Body Temperature. A Online Or Handheld Surveillance Interface Receives Measurements Of Health Data Remotely, Allowing For Remote Viewing, Study Of Historical Trends, And Caregiver Oversight. Constant Patient Surveillance, Smart Fitness Tracking, Homebased Healthcare Applications, And Geriatric Care May All Benefit From The Suggested Systems Portability, Affordability, And Efficiency.
